Shipping Information

Shipping Partners: All shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, YunExpress, or DHL. Your order will be dispatched to the address specified during checkout, and the shipping country can be selected at that time. Prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times, and charges are adjusted based on your chosen destination. Orders will be dispatched in the order they are received, and you will receive a tracking link with your shipment confirmation.

Shipping Locations: Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Asia and China.

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): $5.99
  • Hawaii, Guam, International Shipping: $10.99

Worldwide Shipping: We offer shipping to various countries, including the United States (50 states listed), Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and many international destinations.

Customs Responsibility: Please note that customs fees are not our responsibility once the items have shipped. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that packages may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Shipping & Handling Times:

  • Processing Time: 7 – 9 business days (regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.
  • Shipping Time: Varies by location.

Tracking Information: You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking details within 10 business days, please contact us.

Tracking Status “No Information Available”: For some shipping companies, it may take 5-7 business days for tracking information to update. If you experience delays beyond 10 business days, contact us.

Multiple Packages: Due to logistical reasons, items in the same purchase might be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping is specified.

VAT Taxes: For international shipments, we ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT. Recipients are responsible for taxes, duties, and customs fees.

EU VAT Update (from July 1, 2021): For EU shipments, VAT will be charged in advance. Prices may be declared lower than the actual purchase price to minimize VAT. In the rare case of customs clearance requiring purchasing invoices, contact us in advance.
