1. How much is shipping?

  • US Shipping: $5.99
  • International Shipping: $10.99

2. How long will it take to get my order?

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic and 4-15 days for international).
  • Quilts: Produced and shipped from our facility in 8-12 days during regular seasons. Shipping time for quilts is 10 – 15 days* in regular seasons.
  • Fast Shipping: On average, customers can receive their order in 2-3 business days (excluding handling time, which may be 1-2 business days). Delivery times may vary based on location and the quantity of shirts ordered.

3. Can I expedite my order?

  • Yes, we currently offer expedited shipping. You can select the shipping method during checkout.

4. Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

  • No, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you wish to deliver items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

5. Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

  • Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to APO addresses are handled through DHL or UPS and then transferred to USPS for final delivery via the military mail system. APO shipments may take up to 45 additional days, and tracking may cease once in the military mail system for security reasons.

6. Will I be charged VAT taxes?

  • No, items shipped internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT. The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are charged a 20% VAT rate.

7. Do you alert us once our order ships?

  • Yes! An email will be sent to you when the order ships.

8. Where do I get tracking info?

  • An email will be sent to you when the order ships, providing a tracking order page where you can fill in the order details to track your shipment.

9. Haven’t received my order yet, now what?

  • First, check the tracking info to confirm delivery. If it says delivered but not received, allow a few more days. If issues persist, email us with the details, and we will assist you in locating your order.
